The Library of Congress(LOC) contains millions of books, photographs, papers, maps, films, sundry printed materials and recordings. The digital collection covers a large portion of these. The digital collection is predominantly in the public domain or no known copyright restrictions, items the LOC has permissions for or those with special access.
